Dear brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ, as we know the month of 

November makes remembering the departed souls from our family. 

Individually, every year we pray for their heavenly birth on the day of their 

death, but the Church requests us to pray altogether on November 2, not only 

for our relatives but also those who are all not remembered by their relatives.

Dear friends, I put a question before you all, through this story, there 

was a very young man who was doing his degree, he fell in love with his 

collegiate, but she rejected his proposal he wants to commit suicide, so he 

decided to hang up himself. Meanwhile, he wants to be safeguard by someone. 

Dear friends, this is what our human mind, we all are afraid of death. Why are 

all we afraid of death?

Death means the state of relieving the soul from mortal to divinity. We 

may curse others to die, but we don’t want to die. We are nothing before God. 

Though Jesus is divine, as we read in the Bible, Jesus also was afraid of death, 

because of His human nature (Matthew 26:39). This statement may console us 

that, Jesus too was afraid of death but he accepted the will of his Father.

In this world, 99% of mankind is afraid of death. Hopefully Like Jesus 

let us face death, for us he gave himself not as natural death rather the 

crucifixion. (philipines2:8). On this day, we are called to celebrate the 

heavenly birth, as we read in the Matthew gospel 27:52. Joyfully let us face the 

death so that we can enjoy in union with Christ in heaven..

Death is the lottery ticket to Heaven.
